PARENT AND ATHLETE LEARNING DOCUMENTS

Offline learning resources that can be accessed on your device at any time.

We offer various titles designed for parents and athletes to learn new skills and acquire knowledge on the go.  They arrive to you in the form of a main PDF document to work through, plus support material which you may want to print. The content has been brought together through years of experience of working with top level athletes and aims to make a real difference to parents' and athletes' lives.

"We have completed Eira’s Nutrition for Athletes and Mental Strength Training learning documents which were invaluable. Great content in both, with very practicable information that transfers easily into daily living. We would highly recommend both modules."

Off to University

This course is designed for young ATHLETES who are about to leave home for university or college for the first time.  The changes encountered when moving away represent one of the biggest transitions in a young person's life.  Couple that with a commitment to sport and it can be quite a challenge to balance all the elements required.  The early years of university are widely recognised as having one of the highest drop out rates in sport.  If you are a young person who is passionate about sport, but you also want a good education, this course will give you the support and advice to make both work for you.

  • Sport / life balance

  • Nutrition on a budget

  • Understanding anti-doping rules
